Matching Talent

Birmingham and Solihull Talent Match helps young adults to secure sustainable employment. Big Lottery funded, it aims to support long term unemployed 18-24 year olds, especially those further away from the labour market. There are many local young adults who want to get a foot on the employment ladder and a potential 40% subsidy is available for employers who can provide a six month work placement.
